Applicability of Bachelor's degree graduates
The priority of education in psychology is to prepare graduates for the helping profession. From this perspective, any graduate who can provide psychological care to clients and patients is successful and beneficial to society. However, our graduates have been successful in filling positions in a wide variety of careers:

Evaluation of the employability of graduates of the study programme
The evaluation of graduates' employability by study programmes is published on the website Evaluation of the employability of graduates of the Faculty of Arts UCM in Trnava.
The Faculty of Arts of UCM in Trnava, as part of the monitoring and evaluation of the quality of education provided, carries out (among other things) the collection and evaluation of data focused on the employability of graduates in the field of study. Due to the fact that the education at the first level of higher education of the study programme in psychology does not aim at obtaining any specific professional qualification and does not provide the acquisition of competences necessary for independent practice in psychology, the applicability in practice can be monitored only after the completion of the second level. Graduates of the psychology study programme at the UCM Faculty of Arts achieve the best results in employability among all study programmes at the UCM Faculty of Arts. Up to 70% of them were employed directly in the field and another 16% in a field overlapping with the graduated field. Only 14% of the graduates stated that they were employed in another field, which, however, points to the fact that 100% of the graduates found employment in the labour market. According to data for the last 15 years, the majority of graduates (65%) were employed within three months of graduation and a further 23% found a job within six months.
